Yard Deodorizing
We will apply deodorizer to the entire yard being serviced to eliminate any smells from dog waste/urine
This will remove any potential left over smells

We will apply a disinfectant/fungicide to the entire yard being serviced

Terms of Service:
Client does not need to be home at time of service. We just need access to all areas needing serviced.
All first time appointments will be charged an initial one time fee for starting the service as it will take more time for us to clear the yard completely since it had not been previously maintained. This initial fee will be included as a separate one time charge in the free quote you receive. After the first service you will only be charged the normal service fee as quoted to you. **This one time fee does not apply to one time services or spring clean up**
We will always do our best to be thorough and remove all waste from your yard, but some of the following conditions could prevent us from removing every last bit:
If you have an overgrown/unkept yard we cannot guarantee all waste will be successfully removed as it could potentially go unseen.
Large collections of leaves can hide waste which could prevent the yard from being completely cleaned.
We work through the winter and will do our best to remove all the waste under the weather conditions. Snow may prevent us from being able to remove all the waste as it could be hidden underneath. Once the snow melts we will remove the once hidden waste at your next service.
Our team will not enter a yard if there is an unfriendly or aggressive dog occupying it at the time of service.
Extreme/inclement weather that is not safe to work in will prevent us from servicing your yard. We will try our best to make up for the missed service that same week. If we cannot make it that same week then we will resume on the following scheduled service day. The billing will not change and you will be charged for that weeks service as it will take extra time due to a larger build up of waste that will need to be removed at the next date of service.
Our team will need to have access to all areas needing serviced. If we cannot access the yard but have traveled to your location for service, you will still be charged for that week's service regardless. This is because we are out our time to travel to your location and there will be an excess of waste the next time of service that will take extra time to remove. We will try to contact you to gain access to the yard before leaving.
All billing will be done on a monthly basis. At the first of each month you will be sent an invoice for the services completed the prior month. A receipt will be sent to you once payment is received. Any unpaid/overdue invoices will eventually lead to late fees and cancelation of service.
